**Responsibilities:

- **
- **Customer Interaction**: Greet customers as they enter the showroom, assess their needs, and guide them through the product selection process.
- **Sales Presentations**: Effectively communicate the unique selling points of each product to customers, highlighting how they meet the customers' requirements.
- **Quotations and Pricing**: Provide accurate and competitive pricing information to customers based on their preferences and requirements.
- **Customer Support**: Address customer inquiries, concerns, and complaints promptly and professionally, ensuring a high level of customer satisfaction.
- **Cross-Selling and Upselling**: Identify opportunities to upsell complementary products and accessories to maximize sales potential.
- **Order Processing**: Assist customers with the ordering process, ensuring accuracy in product selection, quantities, and specifications.
- **Sales Targets**: Meet or exceed monthly and quarterly sales targets to contribute to the overall showroom's success.
- **CRM Management**: Maintain accurate and up-to-date customer records and interactions in the customer relationship management (CRM) system.
- **Collaboration**: Collaborate with other team members to ensure a seamless customer experience, including coordination with the design and installation teams.
- **Product Trends**: Stay informed about industry trends, new products, and competitors to provide insightful recommendations to customers.
- **Showroom Maintenance**: Keep the showroom organized, clean, and visually appealing to create an inviting atmosphere for customers.
- **Follow-Up**: Initiate follow-up communication with potential leads and customers to nurture relationships and close sales.
- **Administrative Tasks**: Complete administrative tasks, such as preparing sales reports, tracking inventory levels, and managing documentation.
- **Training and Development**: Participate in ongoing training sessions to enhance product knowledge, sales techniques, and customer service skills.

**Qualifications**:

- High school diploma or equivalent; Bachelor's degree in Business or related field preferred.
- Proven experience in a sales or customer service role, preferably in a showroom or retail environment.
- Excellent communication and interpersonal skills, with the ability to build rapport and establish relationships with customers.
- Strong negotiation and persuasion abilities to drive sales.
- Proficient computer skills, including experience with CRM software and Microsoft Office Suite.
- Attention to detail and strong organizational skills.
- Ability to work independently and as part of a team.
- A keen eye for design and an appreciation for interior aesthetics (preferred but not mandatory).
- Goal-oriented mindset with a demonstrated track record of meeting or exceeding sales targets.
