**Job Overview**:
We are looking for a smart-working Purchase & Store Executive to assist a wellness company in handling customers and inventory for the Retail Store, Cafe as well as e-commerce ventures. Responsibilities include product sales, inventory logs, assessing product popularity, placing purchase orders, monitoring product placements, and improving customer relationships & databases.

Purchase & Store Executive should be able to multitask effectively, be an effective communicator, and should have an attitude of project ownership and a passion for retail & customer handling.

**Responsibilities**:

- Managing end to end procurement process
- Effectively liaise with vendor manager.
- Monitoring expiry products.
- Handle returns and exchanges with vendors as per agreed policies.
- Raising purchase orders, sending purchase orders to suppliers, checking requisitions, purchase orders, product returns and sales reports.
- Maintaining cordial relationship with the suppliers, vendors and logístical communications with updates.
- Check for discrepancies between the quotation and consignment received.
- Maintaining the supplier’s database, purchase records and related documentations.
- Continuously work on all areas affecting procurement and process.
- To research and suggest new products and vendors based on feedback and needs
- Input stock data, monitor stock movement and conduct weekly/monthly/on-demand stock checks.

**Requirements**:

- Bachelor's degree
- 2-3 Years’ Experience in Retail, E-commerce.
- Knowledge of Tally & Excel.
- Strong decision-making skills.
- The ability to multitask effectively.
- Effective written and verbal communication skills.
- Excellent analytical, problem-solving, and organizational skills.
