**Overall management of the Kitchen by providing our guests with healthy, creative, innovative food and beverages and a pleasant and professional ambience.**
- **Menu development: Work with GM/Directors to develop the Menu concept and items that will be provided. This will include all food items for any new menu which will be available in the cafe and also possible room service items. Also work in association with the Bar team to ensure cocktails and drinks are complimenting and matching the food concept**
- **Kitchen Operations: Work together with General Manager and restaurant manager to ensure that all operations including material purchase, Inventory management, Infrastructure and kitchen equipment, Hiring of kitchen staff, Training, Billing, Kitchen cleanliness, staff rotas, service workflow, maintenance issues, etc are handled smoothly and delegated to concerned team members.**
- **Quality Control: Work with Café team to ensure that the Café delivers the highest quality of food, service and cleanliness and profitability. This includes regular checks and audits to make sure the kitchen team is following certain cooking instructions, guidelines and SOPs set by the management team and by you.**
- **Training : Ensure training of any and all new staff and make sure standards of current operations are met by new joinees. Also to ensure that staff are trained to ensure good portion control and final presentation of dishes. Regular training should also be carried out to ensure products are keeping up to standards set by you and by management.**
- **Marketing/Sales: Work with GM/Directors to increase Café sales and enhance the Café brand/reputation including developing marketing campaigns, organizing events, partnering with online/offline agents, social media etc.**

- General: Any other activities as mutually agreed with our management that entail any food and kitchen duties and operations.
