Check all mails regarding any incoming enquiries and deal with them.
- If any PO is received in mail delegate it to the dispatch department depend on the location(Surat,Ankleshwar and Sachin) and stock availability
- Prepare quotations and take the follow up of the same.
- Maintain accurate records of balance PO and inform the same to applicable team
- Make PO of all the purchases done by Mugatlal & Sons
- With approval from top management make purchase of the material on as and when required basis
- Attend all the calls of director and answer them appropriately
- Negotiate with the customer with the help of top management on as and when required basis
- Perform marketing of solar, gas, fire& safety pipes through cold calling
- Make challan bills after 6:30pm
- Provide support and take follow up in dispatch process
- As and when required arrange transport for outside Gujarat
- Maintain good relations with the customer & provide support and solve queries of the customer
- Familiarizing yourself with all products and services offered by our company.
- Procuring new clients through direct contact, word-of-mouth, and collaboration with the marketing department
- Assure that customer’s whole order is deliver in time.
- Negotiating with clients to secure the most attractive prices.
- Equipping staff with the technical and social skills needed to enhance sales.
- Reviewing clients' feedback and implementing necessary changes.
- Reporting to the superior Maintaining daily activity report
- Filling up proxy if someone is absent
- All other work given by the top management

**Job Types**: Full-time, Regular / Permanent

**Salary**: ₹15,000.00 - ₹20,330.66 per month

- Bachelor's (preferred)
