You are a seasoned Business Intelligence (BI) professional with a passion for leveraging data to drive strategic business decisions. With over seven years of experience in the field, you have honed your skills in data analytics, data science, and business intelligence. You possess a strategic mindset and have a proven track record in leading high-impact initiatives. Your technical expertise spans across data visualization tools like Tableau and Power BI, advanced SQL, and programming languages such as Python or R. You are adept at working with cloud-based AI and data platforms like Snowflake and have a solid understanding of data governance and data quality.

**What You’ll Be Doing**:

- Lead the design and development of dashboards, reports, and data visualizations to provide actionable insights.
- Guide the development of complex data models and predictive analytics to support strategic initiatives.
- Translate high-level business questions into actionable and accessible insights to support executive decision-making.
- Establish and enforce data governance policies to ensure data accuracy, consistency, and security.
- Provide guidance on best practices for data visualization, reporting, and analytics.
- Provide mentorship to BI team members, fostering technical growth and knowledge-sharing across the organization.
- Utilize AI and Data Science techniques to develop predictive models and advanced analytics solutions.
- Perform complex data analysis using SQL, Python, or R, and integrate machine learning models where applicable.
- Collaborate with cross-functional teams and data product owners to understand business requirements and translate them into analytical solutions.
- Coordinate with IT and data engineering team to ensure data pipelines and data warehousing infrastructure meet business requirements.
- Partner with data stewards and data engineering team to ensure data integrity, quality, and accessibility for analytics purposes.
- Act as a BI evangelist, promoting data literacy and enabling self-service analytics capabilities.
- Stay abreast of industry trends, emerging technologies, and best practices in BI, analytics, and data product management to drive innovation and continuous improvement.

**What You’ll Need**:

- Bachelor’s degree in Computer Science, Data Science, Business Analytics, or a related field; Master’s degree preferred.
- 7+ years of experience in business intelligence, data analytics, data science, or a related field, with at least 2 years in a leadership or senior role.
- Strong experience with data visualization and BI tools (e.g., Tableau, Power BI).
- Hands-on experience with cloud-based AI and data platforms like Snowflake, and working with Data Engineering teams.
- Advanced SQL skills, experience with Python or R or other data manipulation languages.
- Experience in AI and machine learning frameworks, in building or integrating ML models is a plus.
