We are expanding our team and are looking for a dedicated, passionate dietician to join our team. As an Athleaders in-house dietician, you will be responsible for providing comprehensive dietary assessments, developing customized nutrition plans, and offering ongoing support to clients remotely.

**Role Description**

We are looking for a dynamic Social Media Executive with strong skills in Reels Editing and content creation to lead and manage our social media presence across all platforms. This role requires someone who can create, edit, and optimize engaging Reels and social media content while coordinating closely with the Digital Marketing and SEO teams to maximize reach and performance.

**Key Responsibilities**:

- Create, edit, and publish high-quality Reels consistently for Instagram, Facebook, Tiktok, and other relevant platforms.
- Plan, develop, and implement an overall social media strategy aligned with our brand’s goals.
- Manage daily social media activities (posting, community engagement, audience building).
- Work closely with Digital Marketing teams for campaign integration and performance tracking.
- Collaborate with SEO teams to ensure social content is optimized for discoverability.
- Monitor, analyze, and report social media performance using insights and analytics tools.
- Lead brainstorming and creative sessions to generate new Reel content ideas.
- Develop and maintain a monthly content calendar focused heavily on Reels and viral video content.

**Required Skills and Qualifications**:

- Proven experience as a Social Media Executive, Content Creator, or similar role with a strong focus on Reels.
- Advanced skills in video editing apps/software (such as CapCut, InShot, Premiere Pro, etc.).
- Excellent understanding of Instagram Reels, YouTube Shorts, and Facebook video algorithms.
- Strong creative storytelling, visual, and writing skills.
- Familiarity with social media marketing, digital marketing principles, and SEO basics.
- Ability to work in a fast-paced environment and manage multiple priorities.
- Team player with excellent communication and coordination skills.

**Preferred Qualifications**:

- Experience working alongside digital marketing and SEO teams.
- Certifications in Social Media Management, Digital Marketing, or Content Creation are a plus.

Pay: ₹30,000.00 - ₹35,000.00 per month
