**Job Summary**:
**Key Responsibilities**:

- **Material Development**: Develop new formulations for lens cleaners and contact lens solutions, including digital screen cleaners, scratch-resistant coatings, anti-fog treatments etc.
- **Testing and Optimization**: Conduct rigorous testing to evaluate the performance of formulations under various conditions and make adjustments to improve durability, clarity, and overall quality.
- **Innovation**: Collaborate with cross-functional teams to innovate new materials and coatings that meet market demands and enhance the user experience.
- **Process Improvement**: Work closely with manufacturing teams to ensure formulations are scalable, cost-effective, and aligned with production capabilities.
- **Compliance**: Ensure that all formulations comply with industry standards and regulations, including safety and environmental guidelines.
- **Documentation**: Maintain detailed records of formulation processes, test results, and revisions for future reference and regulatory compliance.
- **Technical Support**: Provide technical guidance and support to production teams during the implementation of new formulations.

**Qualifications**:

- **Education**: Bachelor’s or Master’s degree in Chemistry, Material Science, Chemical Engineering, or a related field.
- **Experience**: 3-5 years of experience in formulation development in Pharma companies, preferably in the optical, eyewear, or related industries.
- **Technical Skills**: Strong understanding of chemical formulations, material properties, and coating technologies used in eyewear.
- **Analytical Skills**: Proficiency in using analytical tools and techniques for testing material properties and performance.
- **Problem-Solving**: Ability to troubleshoot formulation issues and develop effective solutions.
- **Communication**: Strong verbal and written communication skills for collaboration with cross-functional teams and documentation purposes.
- **Attention to Detail**: High level of precision and attention to detail in formulation and testing processes.

Pay: ₹30,000.00 - ₹60,000.00 per month
