Job Overview

  • Our organization is seeking a skilled Tablet Production Chemist to join our team.

Responsibilities

  • Perform laboratory tests to produce chemicals according to established standards and guidelines, ensuring high-quality results in a timely manner.
  • Handle laboratory equipment and supplies safely and effectively, adhering to safety protocols and regulations.
  • Document laboratory activities for reference purposes, maintaining accurate records of experiments and test results.
  • Monitor and report progress of analytical tests to the supervisor on a regular basis, providing updates on project milestones and deadlines.
  • Work closely with the supervisor to set objectives and milestones, aligning individual goals with organizational objectives.
  • Coordinate, prioritize, and plan lab tasks to meet deadlines, ensuring efficient use of resources and minimizing delays.
  • Record and report test results to the supervisor, analyzing data to identify trends and areas for improvement.
  • Ensure that the final product meets quality and customer specifications, adhering to regulatory requirements and industry standards.
  • Train junior chemists on test procedures, sharing knowledge and expertise to support professional development.
  • Maintain sufficient stock of chemicals and supplies to perform lab experiments, ensuring continuity of research and development activities.
  • Ensure that materials are labeled properly and used in the right quantities, promoting safe handling and minimizing waste.
  • Investigate issues, analyze root causes, and define resolutions, applying problem-solving skills to resolve complex challenges.
  • Suggest improvements for test procedures to achieve project objectives, collaborating with colleagues to optimize processes and enhance outcomes.
  • Develop standard procedures to improve quality and efficiency, documenting best practices and sharing expertise with the team.
  • Provide assistance to junior chemists when needed, offering guidance and support to ensure successful completion of tasks and projects.
