**Job Description and Qualifications**

This role will require close collaboration with the DT teams located mainly in Pune, India & some communication with US, Europe, Middle East & China DT teams.
This position provides administrative support for India DT center and LoS leaders within DT India. The DT Office is comprised of the DT LoS leaders and DT team that provides support to Digital technology for the Air Products globally. This includes coordinating and facilitating DT Governance meetings and managing presentations and supporting materials, scheduling and organizing events sponsored by the DT India Head and staff members. It requires managing the calendars of people who meet regularly with the institutions' highest decision makers. It also includes the coordination of travel arrangements for the DT Leaders and staff members and the coordination and organization of Global DT team India visits.
**PRINCIPAL DUTIES AND RESPONSBILITIES**
- Supports and promotes a safe working environment.
- Bridge the communication across Regional DT, HR, Admin & Global DT in efficient manner.
- Helping to prepare various MIS reports daily/weekly/monthly/annually.
- Develop as a back up support for DT Asset management activities.
- Raise Global SAP requisitions in co-ordination with US & UK Executive Admin assistant.
- Calendar management, Organize team meetings, Prepare & distribute minutes of team meetings.
- Event planning and management (Training, Communication, Collaborations, Celebrations, Traditional Days, Festivals, etc).
- Support DT Leaders in Employee Onboarding preparations & overall Process.
- Support DT Leaders in Employee Engagement Activities planning & execution.
- Concur Expense Reports Support to leaders as well as employees.
- Co-ordinate Bookings: Travel Tickets, Corporate Credit Cards, Visa Processing, Overseas Travel Insurance, Car bookings, Hotel bookings, Guest House for local & global DT Team, Employee Reimbursements.
- Preparing Invitation/Covering letters for AP employees to visit - On need basis.
- Updating of Phone Directory, Contact details, B ‘day/Anniversary lists, etc.
- External works - Getting quotes /laisoning.
- Identify and propose Continuous Improvement (CI) opportunities across job scope.
- Design and maintain a filing system
- Helping DT team for local office admin issues & provide solutions.

- Proficiency in Microsoft Excel and Outlook
- Ability to effectively work independently and collaboratively across global, regional cross-organizational team environments.
- Strong written and verbal communication skills to effectively work across global DT teams.

EDUCATION AND EXPERIENCE
- Bacholer degree in any stream with 3+ years relevant experience in DT or HR or Admin is required.
- Minimum of 2 years of administrative support experience.
- Excellent computer literacy and proficient Microsoft Office experience including: MS Word, Excel, Power Point, Access, and office 365.
- Strong interpersonal, verbal and communication skills to effectively communicate with a variety of individuals.
- Excellent organizational and planning skills and the ability to manage a wide variety of activities simultaneously.
- General understanding of Digital Technology (IT) infrastructure and processes, but not a requirement Might ideally suit someone with accounting experience but not necessarily technical experience in IT systems and processes.**AIR PRODUCTS COMPETENCIES**
