**TERRITORY SALES OFFICER**:
**Location**: Gorakhpur, Varanasi

**Qualifications**:
Should have an Android Phone.
Should have same Industry Experience with proven skill
- **FMCG field Sales Experience**_**.**

**Responsibilities and Duties**:

- Creating New Market
- Maintaining and increasing sales of your company's products
- Reaching the targets and goals set for your area
- Establishing, maintaining, and expanding your customer base
- Servicing the needs of your existing customers
- Increasing business opportunities through various routes to the market.
- Recruiting and training sales staff
- Allocating areas to sales representatives
- Developing sales strategies and setting targets
- Monitoring your team's performance and motivating them to reach targets
- Compiling and analyzing sales figures
- Possibly dealing with some major customer accounts yourself
- Collecting customer feedback and market research
- Reporting to senior managers
- Keeping up to date with products and competitors

**Required Experience and Qualifications**:

- **CANDIDATE WITH FMCG/OTC SALES EXPERIENCE WILL BE PREFERRED.**:

- **Min 3 -5 years experience in FMCG sales.**

**Pay**: ₹12,000.00 - ₹18,000.00 per month + TA + DA + Cell phone reimbursement
