**Key Responsibilities**:
- Greet and welcome visitors in a professional and friendly manner.
- Answer, screen, and forward incoming phone calls.
- Maintain a tidy and presentable reception area.
- Receive and distribute daily mail, packages, and deliveries.
- Schedule appointments and maintain meeting room calendars.
- Support administrative and clerical tasks as required by the management.
- Assist HR/Administration with documentation or coordination tasks when needed.
**Requirements**:
- Proven work experience as a Receptionist, Front Office Representative, or similar role.
- Proficiency in MS Office (Word, Excel, Outlook).
- Strong verbal and written communication skills.
- Excellent organizational and multitasking abilities.
- Customer service-oriented with a pleasant and professional appearance.
- Minimum qualification: Graduate/12th pass (depending on company policy).
Pay: ₹12,000.00 - ₹15,000.00 per month
