**Job Title: Front Desk Executive / Receptionist**
**Job Type: Full-Time**
**Job Summary**:
We are looking for a friendly and well-organized Front Desk Executive to manage our reception area and provide exceptional customer service. The role involves greeting visitors, handling phone calls, coordinating with internal departments, and maintaining a professional front-office environment.
Key Responsibilities:
Welcome and greet visitors, clients, and staff in a courteous manner.
Answer and direct phone calls to the appropriate departments.
Manage visitor logs, issue visitor passes, and ensure security protocols are followed.
Handle incoming and outgoing mail/courier services.
Maintain a clean and organized reception area.
Coordinate meeting room bookings and ensure availability.
Provide administrative support to HR and other departments as required.
Assist with scheduling and managing appointments.
Respond promptly to inquiries from clients, customers, or staff.
Qualifications & Skills:
For Freshers:
Graduate in any discipline (preferred but not mandatory).
Basic knowledge of MS Office (Word, Excel, Outlook).
Excellent communication and interpersonal skills.
Professional appearance and positive attitude.
Good organizational and multitasking abilities.
Prior experience as Front Desk Executive/Receptionist or in a similar role.
Strong telephone etiquette and customer service skills.
Ability to handle multiple tasks efficiently.
Familiarity with office equipment (telephone systems, printers, etc.).
Experience in handling administrative tasks and coordination.
Pay: ₹13,000.00 - ₹15,000.00 per month
