We are looking for a well-presented courteous and professional Receptionist to manage our front desk on a daily basis and to perform a variety of administrative and clerical tasks The ideal candidate should have excellent communication skills and a welcoming personality to create a positive first impression for our clients and visitors Key Responsibilities Greet and welcome visitors in a professional and friendly manner Answer screen and forward incoming phone calls Maintain a tidy and presentable reception area Handle inquiries and provide accurate information both in person and over the phone email Receive and distribute daily mail packages and deliveries Schedule appointments and maintain meeting room calendars Support administrative and clerical tasks as required by the management Assist HR Administration with documentation or coordination tasks when needed Requirements Proven work experience as a Receptionist Front Office Representative or similar role Proficiency in MS Office Word Excel Outlook Strong verbal and written communication skills Excellent organizational and multitasking abilities Customer service-oriented with a pleasant and professional appearance Minimum qualification Graduate 12th pass depending on company policy Job Type Full-time Pay 12 000 00 - 15 000 00 per month Work Location In person
