**Salary**: ₹28,000 - ₹35,000 per month
Reporting To: Client Relationship Manager / Sales Head

AKT Bounce Back Vacations is a unique travel brand that curates group tours designed for unmarried individuals aged 30-45 (and up to 52 with medical fitness certification). Our programs focus on emotional well-being, meaningful companionship, and self-reflection—creating more than just a holiday.
Job Summary:
Key Responsibilities:
Serve as the main point of contact for clients before, during, and after travel.
Travel with groups on tour to manage guest relations and coordination.
Understand individual client needs and tailor solutions accordingly.
Assist with booking accommodations, itineraries, and activity planning.
Coordinate with internal departments for seamless delivery of services.
Handle client concerns empathetically and ensure high satisfaction.
Maintain detailed client records using CRM tools.
Support sales efforts by following up on inquiries and promoting tours.
Required Skills & Qualifications:
Graduate in Travel, Hospitality, or related field.
1-3 years of experience in client service or relationship management.
Excellent communication and interpersonal skills.
Mandatory willingness to travel at least 21 days per month.
Proficient in MS Office and basic CRM software.
Preferred Attributes:
Friendly, emotionally intelligent, and proactive personality.
Multilingual (English + regional language preferred).
Prior experience in group travel or wellness/experiential tourism.
Based in or willing to relocate to Bangalore or Goa.
Work Conditions:
Full-time position.
Mandatory travel with tour groups.
Accommodation, travel, and food provided during tours.
Flexibility to work weekends and holidays as needed.
Pay: ₹20,000.00 - ₹30,000.00 per month
