**Summary**:
Drive Top Line and Bottom line Sales for the Given market and grow Market Share & GP through a Process Driven approach, as well achieve the targeted profitability and Building Strong Team with an Attrition of less than 3% p.a

**Description**:

- Ensure budgeted Top Line Sales with Targeted GP
- Execute the Marketing Initiatives and Trade Promotions prudently and ensure cost optimization
- Ensure the width and depth and depth of Distribution as per Opportunity
- Drive Process hygiene by effective implementation of Distributor Score Card
- Lead and Train team and show the growth path with Career Dossier and ensure attrition is less than 3%
- Ensure Customer Satisfaction by driving Distributor Connect & enabling Distributors get min 30% ROI p.a.

**Salary**: Up to ₹1,580,401.60 per year
