**Job Title: Digital Marketer (With Experience)**:
The Digital Marketer is responsible for developing, implementing, and managing digital marketing campaigns to promote a company's products, services, or brand. They utilize various online channels and techniques to drive traffic, generate leads, and increase brand awareness and engagement.The Digital Marketer works closely with cross-functional teams to develop and execute digital marketing strategies that align with business goals and objectives.

**Key Responsibilities**:

- Digital Strategy Development: Develop and execute comprehensive digital marketing strategies to achieve business objectives, including brand awareness, lead generation, and customer acquisition.
- Social Media Management: Manage and optimize social media profiles and pages to increase brand visibility, engagement, and followers. Develop and implement social media marketing campaigns to drive traffic and engagement.
- SEO and SEM: Conduct keyword research, optimize website content for search engines, and manage pay-per-click campaigns to improve search engine rankings, drive organic traffic, and generate leads.
- Analytics and Reporting: Monitor, analyze, and report on the performance of digital marketing campaigns using web analytics tools (e.g., Google Analytics). Identify key performance indicators (KPIs), track metrics, and provide insights and recommendations for optimization.
- Conversion Rate Optimization (CRO): Identify opportunities to improve website conversion rates and user experience through A/B testing, website optimization, and user journey analysis.
- Marketing Automation: Implement and optimize marketing automation workflows to streamline lead nurturing, customer engagement, and campaign management processes.
- Budget Management: Manage digital marketing budgets effectively, allocate resources efficiently, and optimize spending to maximize ROI.

**Qualifications and Skills**:

- Bachelor's degree in marketing, communications, business administration, or a related field.
- Proven experience in digital marketing, with a strong understanding of digital marketing channels, strategies, and best practices.
- Strong analytical skills and the ability to interpret data, analyze trends, and derive actionable insights.
- Excellent written and verbal communication skills, with the ability to create compelling content and communicate effectively with cross-functional teams.
- Creative thinking and problem-solving skills, with a results-driven mindset and a passion for driving business growth through digital marketing.
- Ability to multitask, prioritize tasks, and manage time effectively in a fast-paced environment.
- The Digital Marketer plays a critical role in driving digital marketing initiatives, increasing brand visibility, and achieving business objectives through strategic planning, execution, and optimization of digital marketing campaigns.

**Salary**: ₹35,000.00 - ₹40,000.00 per month
