This is a full-time on-site Digital Marketing Intern role at Sociium.

The Digital Marketing Intern will be responsible for assisting in day-to-day digital marketing tasks, including content creation, social media management, SEO, and performance tracking.

**Requirements and Skills**
- Content creation for various digital platforms
- Assisting in managing and monitoring social media accounts
- Strong analytical skills to measure and report the performance of digital campaigns
- Familiarity with digital marketing tools such as Google Analytics, SEO tools, and social media scheduling tools - Creative thinking and the ability to come up with new ideas for digital campaigns
- Internship or work experience in digital marketing is a plus
- Ability to work well in a team and independently
- Excellent organizational and time-management skills
- Basic knowledge of design tools like Canva or Adobe Suite is a plus
- Bachelor’s degree or pursuing a Bachelor’s degree in Marketing, Business, Communications, or a related field
- Fluent in English

**Stipend Structure**
- Minimum-assured stipend: Rs. 8000/month
- Stipend structure: This is a performance-based internship. In addition to the minimum-assured stipend, you will also be paid performance-linked incentives

**Qualifications**

1. Bachelor's degree in marketing, business, communications, or a related field.

2. Previous internship experience in digital marketing or social media management, preferably in a marketing agency or startup environment.

3. Strong communication, content creation, and analytical skills.

4. Familiarity with digital marketing tools and trends is a plus.
