Sales Executive for Interior

**JOB ROLES**:
1.Leads follow up and CRM updates.
2 Client consultation
3. Site visit
4. Estimate preparation.
5. Coordination with designers and clients
**KEY RESPONSIBILITIES**:
1. Sales Strategy and Planning:
- Develop and implement a comprehensive sales strategy aligned with the company's goals and objectives.
- Identify target markets, key clients, and potential business opportunities.
2. Client Relationship Management:
- Build and maintain strong, long-lasting relationships with key clients, ensuring customer satisfaction and loyalty.
- Act as the primary point of contact for key accounts, addressing any concerns or issues promptly.
- Conduct regular client meetings to understand their needs and provide customized solutions.
3. Business Development:
- Identify new business opportunities, including new markets, growth areas, trends, customers, products, and services.
- Develop and maintain a pipeline of potential clients and projects.
- Prepare and present proposals, negotiate contracts, and close deals to achieve sales targets.
4. Market Analysis and Reporting:
- Conduct market research to stay updated on industry trends, competitor activities, and customer preferences.
- Analyze sales data to identify areas of improvement and adjust strategies accordingly.
**SKILLS**:
- Proven track record of meeting or exceeding sales targets.
- Strong leadership and team management skills.
- Excellent communication, negotiation, and presentation skills.
- Ability to build and maintain relationships with clients at all levels.
- In-depth knowledge of the interior design industry, including market trends and competitive landscape.
- Proficiency in CRM software and Microsoft Office Suite.
**PERSONAL ATTRIBUITES**:
- Highly motivated and results-driven.
- Strategic thinker with strong problem-solving abilities.
- Adaptable and able to thrive in a fast-paced environment
- Excellent interpersonal skills with a customer-focused approach
**Minimum 3 year sales experience in any reputed interior firm.**
Pay: ₹14,000.00 - ₹22,000.00 per month
