**Position Overview**:
**Key Responsibilities**:

- Conceptualize and develop 2D layout plans and 3D views for residential interiors.
- Create high-quality renders, mood boards, and walkthroughs for client presentations.
- Translate client needs and brand aesthetics into functional, aesthetic, and budget-friendly interiors.
- Collaborate closely with project managers, site supervisors, and vendors to ensure design execution aligns with approved visuals.
- Conduct site visits and measurements, and coordinate design changes based on project progress.
- Maintain knowledge of current trends, materials, textures, finishes, and design standards.
- Ensure all technical aspects of designs comply with practical feasibility and quality control standards.
- Support the design team during client meetings and assist in finalizing designs and BOQs.
- Coordinate with design team and clients on revisions, updates, and approvals throughout the project cycle.

**Required Skills & Qualifications**:

- Bachelor’s/Diploma in Interior Design
- 1-5 years of proven experience in residential interior design (preferably in firms serving real estate developers).
- Proficiency in AutoCAD (2D), 3ds Max (3D), V-Ray/Corona Renderer, SketchUp, or equivalent.
- Strong understanding of spatial layout, design aesthetics, and color theories.
- Excellent communication, visualization, and presentation skills.
- Ability to work independently as well as part of a team in fast-paced environments.

**Preferred Background (Not Mandatory): INTERIOR DESIGNING- 3D & 2D**
