**Location**:Hi-Tech City, Hyderabad

**Duration**:Maximum 1 month (daily 3 hours)

1. Excellent interpersonal and communication skills

4. Excellent knowledge of Grammar, pronunciation, and vocabulary

5. Extensive knowledge of voice modulation & accent neutralization

6. Proficiency in MS Excel and PowerPoint

**Roles and Responsibilities**:
1. Minimum 3 years of experience as a voice and accent trainer.

2. Impart voice and accent and soft skills training to all new hires and/or tenured employees on a need basis.

3. Identify basic language issues like redundancy, vocabulary, and syntax., and introduce effective means to improve.

4. Design and develop a training curriculum that would cater to the demand.

5. Utilize effective presentation skills including creative training techniques and accelerated learning techniques.

6. Adapt developed classroom/Virtual agenda, timelines, and content flow as necessary to deliver effective training to employees.

7. Conduct TNI & TNA and provide coaching and feedback to enhance performance.

8. Maintain data and MIS pertaining to training.

9. Design and develop content as and when required.

10. Measure the effectiveness of training delivery through metrics and feedback.

12. Mitigate and eliminate gaps in training occurring due to issues or concerns with communication, language, and soft skills.

13. Take initiative and work with the management on development projects.

14. Liaise with the Recruitment team/ Training team to help them with conducting new hire/ experience interviews.

15. Liaise with trainers/PCs to help them with mock call practice/assessments.

**Job Type**: Contractual / Temporary
Contract length: 1 month

**Salary**: ₹1,000.00 - ₹2,000.00 per hour
