- Handle queries and address complaints.
- Schedule meetings, interviews, and appointments.
- Attend phone calls and redirect them to the appropriate line.
- Communicating with Clients via SMS, Social Media and phone calls within TAT.
- Create and maintain the database for iclientstion regarding clients.
- responsible for Company sale.
- Target Completion.

**Requirements**:

- Minimum experience of 1 to 3 years in customer service as a receptionist, front desk representative e, or relevant position.
- Must be Graduate.
- Must be familiar with office equipment usage.
- Computer Basics, M.S Office and Tally.
- Excellent communication skills (Spoken and written skills
- Problem-solving ability with analytical skills.
- Customer oriented, professional and positive attitude.
- Good presentable personality.
- Gender: Both
- Shift Time: Rotational

**Salary**: ₹15,000.00 - ₹25,000.00 per month

Schedule:

- Day shift
- Rotational shift

**Education**:

- Diploma (preferred)

**Experience**:

- Front desk: 3 years (required)

**Language**:

- English (required)
