- Coordinate order processing, delivery and returns of customer orders.
- Driving the sales performance of the e-commerce platform
- Ensuring good customer service by addressing and ensuring the timely resolution of customer issues or comments
- Brainstorm new and creative growth strategies
- Working closely with demand planning and warehousing teams in order to ensure smooth order fulfillment
- Coordinate with other teams on the execution of brand, marketing and e-commerce activities.
- Utilize strong analytical ability to evaluate end-to-end customer experience across multiple channels and customer touch pointsImplement the e-commerce activities.

**Salary**: ₹20,000.00 - ₹25,000.00 per month
