Job Overview:
**Responsibilities**:
1. Talent Acquisition:
- Develop and implement effective recruitment and selection strategies to attract top talent in the IT industry.
- Manage the end-to-end recruitment process, including job postings, resume screening, interviewing, and making job offers.
- Collaborate with hiring managers to define job requirements, review job descriptions, and ensure alignment with company needs.

2. Employee Engagement:
- Develop and execute employee engagement initiatives to foster a positive and inclusive work culture.
- Plan and coordinate employee events, team-building activities, and recognition programs.
- Monitor employee satisfaction levels through surveys and feedback mechanisms and recommend improvements.
- Support the development and implementation of employee retention strategies to enhance employee loyalty and commitment.
3. Performance Management:
- Implement performance management processes, including goal-setting, performance evaluations, and performance improvement plans.

4. Training and Development:

Qualifications:
- Bachelor's degree in Human Resources Management, Business Administration, or a related field (Master's degree preferred).
- Proven experience (1 years) in HR management, preferably in the IT industry.
- In-depth knowledge of HR best practices, employment laws, and regulations.
- Strong understanding of talent acquisition strategies and proven success in attracting top IT talent.
- Excellent interpersonal and communication skills, with the ability to build effective relationships at all levels of the organization.
- Strong problem-solving and conflict resolution abilities.
- Demonstrated ability to handle sensitive and confidential information with discretion.
- Proficient in HRIS systems and MS Office Suite.
- HR certifications (e.g., SHRM-CP, PHR) are a plus.
