**Greetings from the MANGALAYATAN UNIVERSITY, ALIGARH.** **Applications are invited** **for the position of-** **"System Analyst/Software Developer, Accounts Manager/Executive, Training & Placement Officer, PA to Vice Chancellor, Assistant Controller of Examinations, Assistant Registrar (Administration), Office Assistants & Tele Callers".** **1.** _**System Analyst/Software Developer**_**-** **Job Descriptions**: Maintain and improve the performance of existing software Develop and implement new software programs Clearly and regularly communicate with management and technical support colleagues Design and update software database Test and maintain software products to ensure strong functionality and optimization Recommend improvements to existing software programs as necessary Any other duty assigned by the competent authority. **Eligibility-** - B.E./B.Tech/ ME./M.Tech/MCA (Computer Science & Engineering) is required - 5+ years’ experience in web and software development with a proven track record. - Demonstrated knowledge of ASP.NET, SQL Server etc. - Ability to work independently and multi-task effectively - Demonstrated understanding of projects from the perspective of both client and business - Flexible and willing to accept a change in priorities as necessary - Strong attention to detail **2.** _**Accounts Manager/Executive**_**-** **Required skills** - Prior work experience as an Accountant, Accounts Manager, Accounting Supervisor with a proven track record. - Working knowledge of MS Office, accounting software, & related accounting databases. - Must be an expert in bookkeeping, accounting best practices & principles, along with in-depth knowledge of standard accounting, rules, policies, & regulations. **Job responsibilities** - Collaboration & facilitation of annual audits - Systems & procedures improvements & initiatives for corrective measures - Task/project assignment to staff along with compliance & accuracy - Meet financial objectives in accordance with the organization - Establish, maintain and analyze fiscal records for documenting transactions. - Identification of industry trends & growth opportunities. **Qualification**:Preferably B.Com. or M.Com. **Experience**:2-10 years in Accounts **3.** _**Training and Placement Officer**_**-** **Roles and Responsibilities** - Coordinating for placement related activities, arrangement for campus placements, public relations, personality development, soft skills training, etc. - Arranging the On Job Training, Summer Training & Final Placement of students studying in various courses with us - Develop a Placement Preparation Module which provides guidance / preparation to the students for campus placement - Maintaining a constant interaction with top industry managers (both Functional / HR) across the leading companies of Corporate India - Driving tie-ups with top notch companies for manpower requirement / training / research / consulting requirements - Reviewing the performance of students working in the Corporate Sector in various capacities (Final Placement, Summer Training, Projects etc.) by taking feedback from companies - Coordinating and managing the entire placement process for every company which recruits from the Campus with the support of a student placement team - Applicant should have an experience of more than 6 years in managing the placement activities for a leading institution - Applicant should have a post graduate qualification (preferably in Management) from a reputed Institution - Strong existing network of senior HR professionals in the Industry - Should possess excellent Networking, Marketing, Communication and PR skills - Should have the ability to independently organise and manage events / placement activities. **Qualification**:PhD/ Masters (Any) **Experience: 8-10 years in Training & Placement** **4.** _**P.A. to Vice Chancellor**_**-** **Duties and Responsibilities** - To maintain daily schedules and co-ordination of the Vice-Chancellor’s commitments - To arrange and coordinate appointments and meetings for the Vice-Chancellor - Preparation of all correspondence and other documentation as may be requested by the Vice - Chancellor from time to time - Advising the Vice-Chancellor of impending internal and external work - To make all logístical arrangements, including travel, for the Vice-Chancellor his/her deputies - To respond accurately and efficiently to all enquiries from the Vice-Chancellor and his/her deputies, using own initiative and to liaise effectively with internal and external contacts - Independently research confidential, controversial and restricted data other material as required by the Vice-Chancellor and his deputies for various projects - To assist in the preparation of all international travel itineraries and as such, coordinate all arrangements for the international visits where the Vice-Chancellor has involvement - To appropriately execute any other duties as directed by the Vice-
