**Key Responsibilities**:

- **Sales Strategy and Execution**:

- Develop and implement effective sales strategies to drive revenue growth.
- Identify and target potential customers, including builders, contractors, and retailers.
- Conduct market research to understand customer needs and preferences.
- Achieve monthly, quarterly, and annual sales targets.
- **Marketing Initiatives**:

- Plan and execute marketing campaigns to promote Aber Steels' products.
- Utilize digital marketing, social media, and traditional marketing channels to reach a wider audience.
- Create engaging content for marketing materials, including brochures, flyers, and social media posts.
- Organize and participate in trade shows, exhibitions, and other promotional events.
- **Customer Relationship Management**:

- Build and maintain strong relationships with existing and potential customers.
- Provide exceptional customer service and address any queries or concerns promptly.
- Follow up with clients to ensure satisfaction and secure repeat business.
- **Collaboration and Reporting**:

- Work closely with the production team to ensure timely delivery of products.
- Collaborate with other departments to ensure a cohesive approach to sales and marketing.
- Prepare regular reports on sales performance, market trends, and customer feedback.
