**Key Responsibilities**:

- Prepare and manage quotations accurately and efficiently.
- Assist in the preparation and submission of tenders.
- Communicate effectively with clients to understand their requirements and provide suitable quotations.
- Maintain and update quotation records and databases.
- Collaborate with the sales and procurement teams to ensure accurate pricing and product information.
- Ensure timely delivery of quotations and follow up with clients as needed.
- Handle customer inquiries and provide exceptional service.

**Required Skills and Qualifications**:

- **Education**: Minimum requirement is a high school diploma; a degree in Business Administration or a related field is preferred.
- Good communication skills, both written and verbal.
- Experience in preparing quotations and handling tender processes is an advantage.
- Strong organizational skills and attention to detail.
- Ability to work independently and as part of a team.
- Positive attitude and strong work ethic.

Pay: ₹18,000.00 - ₹24,000.00 per month
