**Product Knowledge**: Acquire in-depth knowledge of our luxury product offerings, including materials, craftsmanship, and current trends, to provide accurate information and enhance customer confidence.

**Sales**: Effectively present and promote our luxury products, highlighting their unique features and benefits. Close sales by demonstrating value and addressing customer concerns.

**Customer Relationship Management**: Build lasting relationships with customers by providing post-sale support, handling inquiries, and addressing concerns promptly and courteously.

**Visual Merchandising**: Contribute to maintaining an appealing and organized store display that showcases the luxury products in an attractive manner.

**Inventory Management**: Assist in maintaining accurate inventory records and monitoring stock levels to ensure products are readily available.

**Sales Targets**: Collaborate with the sales team to achieve individual and team sales targets, continuously striving to exceed them.

**Brand Representation**: Uphold and embody the brand's values, image, and reputation in all interactions with customers and peers.
