**Qualifications & Skills**:

- **Education**: Graduate degree in Finance, Business, Economics, or a related field.
- **Certifications**: Any recognized financial certification (e.g., NISM, CFP, CFA, AMFI, IRDA, etc.) is preferred.
- **Experience**: Fresher/experienced
- Strong knowledge of financial instruments, investment strategies, and risk management.
- Excellent communication, negotiation, and interpersonal skills.
- Ability to analyze financial data and market trends effectively.
- Goal-oriented with a passion for sales and client servicing.
