
Sales Coordinator

As a Sales Coordinator, you will play a crucial role in ensuring customer satisfaction and efficient order processing.
**Key Responsibilities and Accountabilities (KRA)**:
- **Customer Relationship Management**: Maintain regular communication with clients to ensure their needs are met and that they are satisfied with our products and services.
- **After-Sales Service**: Provide support and assistance to clients after orders have been placed, ensuring a smooth and satisfactory experience.
- **Feedback Collection**: Solicit honest feedback from clients and use it to improve our products and services.
- **Order Processing**: Assist in processing orders and ensure timely collection of payments from clients.
- **Query Resolution**: Address and resolve any queries or issues raised by clients in a timely and efficient manner.
- **Product Knowledge**: Have a thorough understanding of our company's products and services and effectively communicate them to clients.
- **Complaint Handling**: Act as a point of contact for client complaints and escalate any unresolved issues to the relevant department.
**Qualifications and Skills**:
- Any Graduate qualification.
- 1 to 2 years of experience in a similar role.
- Proficiency in MS Word, Excel, and PowerPoint.
- Excellent communication skills in Marathi, English, and Hindi.
- Strong customer service orientation.
- Ability to handle incoming inquiries and resolve them efficiently.

**Salary**: ₹15,000.00 - ₹18,000.00 per month
