**Responsibilities:
- **
1. Ensure cleanliness at Corporate Office, HUB and outlets.
2. Responsible for maintenance activities - electrical, plumbing, etc.,
3. Handle security systems
4. Check the hygiene is maintained at regular intervals on day
5. VIP Management - hospitality, travel arrangements, etc.,
6. Inventory control for people related and pantry related.
7. Plan and implement weekly cleaning activities
8. Track reports on a daily basis
**Requirements**:
2. Proven experience as Admin executive for a **minimum of 3 years.**
3. Fluency in English, Tamil & Hindi (optional)
4. Proficient in MS office
5. Hands on knowledge on corporate bookings, cab arrangements, etc.,
**Job Types**: Full-time, Permanent
**Salary**: ₹20,000.00 - ₹30,000.00 per month
