- This position is in WebSphere Application Server (WAS) Engineering with these responsibilities
- 1) Engineering new WAS deployment solutions.
- 2) Assisting in the implementation of new releases.
- 3) Level 3 support WAS and basic WAS SME.
- 4) Maintaining any necessary tooling to install and maintain the WAS infrastructure. Must Have:

- OS knowledge of Linux (SUSE or Red Hat) and Windows Server.
- Programming experience in Java writing systems-level utility code *Programming experience in Java writing WAS "plug-ins"
- value-added components for use by the WAS infrastructure.
- Scripting experience with Bash and wsadmin (Jython). Nice to Have:

- In-depth knowledge of Ford Engineering and Operations
- Scripting experience with Windows
