**Job Summary**:
We are looking for a friendly and hardworking **Bakery Assistant** to join our team As a Bakery Assistant, you will support the daily operations of the bakery by helping with food preparation, customer service, and maintaining cleanliness. You will play a key role in ensuring our baked goods meet quality standards and that customers receive excellent service.

**Key Responsibilities**:

- Assist bakers in preparing dough, mixing ingredients, and baking pastries, bread, and other baked goods.
- Decorate cakes, cupcakes, and other desserts as needed.
- Package and label bakery products for display and customer orders.
- Maintain cleanliness and organization in the kitchen and display areas.
- Assist with inventory management, restocking ingredients, and checking product freshness.
- Provide excellent customer service by taking orders, answering inquiries, and handling transactions.
- Follow all food safety and hygiene regulations to ensure a clean and safe working environment.

**Requirements**:

- Previous experience in a bakery, café, or food service environment is a plus but not required.
- Ability to work early morning shifts, weekends, and holidays as needed.
- Strong attention to detail and willingness to learn new baking techniques.
- Excellent customer service and communication skills.
- Ability to work in a fast-paced environment and handle multiple tasks efficiently.
- Physical stamina to stand for long periods and lift heavy ingredients or trays.
