We are seeking a highly motivated and experienced **Student Placement Manager** to oversee the placement activities for students at our educational platform.

Key Responsibilities:

- Center Management
- Develop and maintain relationships with local and national companies to generate job vacancies for students, including internships.
- Design and deliver training sessions on interview techniques, resume writing, and job search strategies to prepare students for successful placements.
- Organize job fairs and networking events to connect students with potential employers.

**Qualifications**:

- Proven experience (1+ years) in student placements, Counseling, or career services, preferably in the education or academic sector.
- Strong network of employers and industry contacts for student placements.
- Excellent communication, interpersonal, and negotiation skills.
- Good understanding of the job market and trends across different sectors.
- Ability to counsel and guide students on career choices, interview techniques, and job search strategies.
- Leadership and team management skills to effectively manage a placement team.

**Job Types**: Full-time, Permanent

Pay: Up to ₹30,000.00 per month

Schedule:
