Employer Relationship Management:

- Cultivate and maintain strong relationships with existing partner companies.

2. New Business Development:

- Identify and approach potential employers, showcasing the benefits of hiring PwDs.
- Expand our network of inclusive employers through active acquisition efforts.

4. Data Management:

- Regularly update and manage the database of available job opportunities.

5. Compliance and Reporting:

- Ensure all placement processes are compliant with legal and regulatory requirements.
- Prepare and submit reports on placement activities and outcomes.

Qualifications:

- Bachelor's degree in a relevant field.
- Minimum of 1-2 years of experience in corporate relationship management, HR, or placement services.
- Strong interpersonal and communication skills.
- Proven ability to establish and maintain professional relationships.
- Knowledge of IT industry trends and job market dynamics.
- Willingness to travel and flexibility to work from the office.

Pay: From ₹30,000.00 per month
