**Roles & Responsibilities of Principal, Spearhead Academy**

1. Shall coordinate with administrative officer to approve course content from the University of Mangalore, get affiliation, form BOS, conduct meetings to improve and courses

2. Work to bring out a plan for the campus and 3D vision for the academy

3. Facilitate the campus of Sandesha for next 3 years and operate from there as soon as possible with events for the publicity ad courses off line.

4. Shall oversee the entire operations of the academy.

5. shall make decisions on departments and funding options.

6. Shall explore ways to improve the efficiency of education and quality in the collage.

7. Shall make necessary decisions to hire and fire teachers and support staff.

8. Shall review and revision of policies, rules, regulations of the academy and ensure that it is followed on time.

9. Shall maintain a supportive and healthy learning environment.

10. Shall set a good example for children for positive development.

11. Shall responsible to encourage participation and involvement from all students.

12. Shall develop programs to improve overall student and Teacher performance.

13. Shall responsible to guide and counsel the students.

14. Shall Meet with parents to discuss concerns about students.

15. Shall be responsible to conduct of examinations.

16. Shall create goals and benchmarks for students and teachers alike to track progress

17. Shall be responsible to conduct developing programs to improve overall student and Teacher performance.

18. Shall be responsible to meet the college board to report the status and progress of the collage.

19. Shall manage College staff effectively by:

- Designating their duties and responsibility allowance with regard to agreed guidelines.
- Monitoring their work and using appropriate procedures in matters relating to their wellbeing, performance, discipline and capability.
- Lead on the recruitment, retention and succession planning of college staff.

**Salary**: ₹52,000.00 - ₹60,000.00 per month
