Job Description

We are seeking a highly skilled and experienced Principal Architectural Leader to join our dynamic studio. The ideal candidate will have a strong background in architectural design, leadership, and project management.

The successful candidate will be responsible for leading a team of architects and senior architects on projects from concept design to handover. They will manage the design and delivery process, ensuring that projects are aligned with the client's design goals and strive for excellence in design.

The candidate will collaborate with team members, digital designers, and all project stakeholders to initiate design concepts and develop them to a detailed level. They will lead communication between the project team, clients, PMC, contractors, and consultants, ensuring that all work is carried out to the client's requirements.

The successful candidate will anticipate and resolve complex technical and design issues as they arise during the project. They will provide design and technical guidance and innovative solutions to resolve design and technical challenges.

The Principal Architectural Leader will undertake detailed design work on projects, ensure designs are validated, and conduct periodic meetings with clients and consultants to coordinate the project's architectural needs and requirements.

Required Skills and Qualifications
  • Bachelor's degree in architecture; master's degree preferred.
  • Extensive portfolio of work, preferably in real estate and corporate campuses.
  • Demonstrable experience in large projects.
  • Experience in leading, managing, and mentoring project teams.
  • Strong creative and visualization skills.
  • Good interpersonal and presentation skills.
