Job Overview

ROLES AND RESPONSIBILITIES:
**Design intuitive, user-centric web interfaces using design tools such as Figma, Sketch, Adobe XD, or similar.**

**Create wireframes, prototypes, and user flows to illustrate functional designs.**

**Collaborate with developers to ensure smooth integration of design into the final product.**

**Optimize designs for responsiveness and performance across devices (desktop, tablet, mobile).**

**Conduct UI/UX audits to improve site usability and user experience.**

**Working with developers and designers to create a design strategy.**

**Design marketing materials such as banners, brochures, social media creatives, newsletters, and infographics.**

**Develop visually appealing graphics for both web and print mediums.**

**Ensure brand consistency across all design elements, adhering to brand guidelines.**

**Create custom illustrations, icons, and logos as needed.**

**Collaborate with the marketing team to produce content that supports brand identity and strategy.**

**Stay updated with the latest trends in UI/UX design and graphic design.**

**Conduct competitor analysis to identify new opportunities for UI/UX improvements.**

**Use A/B testing and analytics tools to make data-driven decisions about design improvements.**

DESIRED CANDIDATE PROFILE

**At least 3-5 years of experience required in Web UI design, graphic design, or a related field.**

**Bachelor’s degree in graphic design, art, or similar discipline.**

**Experience in HTML, CSS, and JavaScript.**

**Proficiency in (academic and professional) with design software, including Illustrator, InDesign, Sketch, Photoshop, Dreamweaver, Corel DRAW, etc.**

**Ability to manage time effectively.**

**Exceptional creativity and innovative design skills, Knowledge of layouts, graphic fundamentals, typography, print, and the web**

**Compelling portfolio of work over a wide range of creative projects**

**Organizational and time-management skills for meeting deadlines in a fast-paced environment**

**Excellent time-management skills**

**Job Types**: Full-time, Permanent

Pay: ₹30,000.00 - ₹40,000.00 per month
