We are seeking a creative and experienced Graphic Designer with UI/UX expertise to elevate our brand identity and deliver seamless user experiences across platforms.

**Key Responsibilities**:

- Design marketing materials, social media graphics, and UI components aligned with brand guidelines.
- Optimize designs for usability, accessibility, responsiveness, and performance.
- Collaborate with marketing, product, and development teams to align design with business objectives and product goals.
- Lead or contribute to brainstorming sessions and bring innovative ideas for campaigns and product design.
- Ensure consistency in visual design, iconography, and typography across all projects.
- Stay updated with the latest UI/UX trends, design best practices, and emerging tools in the market.
- Review junior designers’ work to maintain quality and provide constructive feedback when needed.

**Requirements**:

- 3-5 years of proven experience in graphic design and UI/UX design (telecom/SaaS industry preferred).
- Expertise in Adobe Creative Suite (Photoshop, Illustrator), Figma, and Sketch.
- Strong understanding of typography, color theory, layout design, branding, and visual storytelling.
- Demonstrated experience in designing intuitive and visually appealing web and mobile UIs (iOS/Android).
- Knowledge of HTML/CSS for effective collaboration with developers.
- Strong portfolio showcasing high-quality UI/UX projects and graphic design work across various platforms.
- Ability to handle multiple projects and deadlines with attention to detail and quality.

**Bonus Skills**:

- Experience designing telecom dashboards, SaaS UI, or CPaaS platforms.
- Familiarity with data visualization and dashboard UX design.

Basic motion graphics or animation knowledge for micro-interactions

Pay: ₹20,000.00 - ₹25,000.00 per month
