CognoSpace is an activity-based education solutions developer that prioritizes **experiential learning**. Our curriculum of over 500+ activities caters to the entire spectrum of STEAM learning, with 20+ sub-modules. To deliver such a curriculum we partner with schools in creating smart experiential learning labs with modern infrastructure, that includes state-of-the-art Science, Math, Engineering equipment, and technology like AI, Drones, Automation, Augmented Reality, Virtual Reality, and 3D Designing/Printing.

**About the role**:
**Responsibilities**:

- Collaborate with the content development team to create, edit and enhance visually engaging educational materials, including school-related videos, lessons, events, and promotional materials, using Adobe Premiere Pro, After Effects, Photoshop and other Adobe tools.
- Add creative transitions, animations, and effects to make videos more engaging.
- Collaborate with educators and the content team to align videos with educational objectives.
- Collaborating with the Product team to develop creative concepts and visual strategies that align with product objectives and target audience.
- Ensuring all designs adhere to product guidelines and maintain a consistent visual identity across all channels.
- Manage the post-production process, including color correction, sound editing, and rendering final outputs.
- Organize and archive video assets for future use.

**Qualifications Required**:

- Bachelor's degree or any degree is required.
- 1-3 years of experience in video editing, particularly in the education or e-learning sector is preferred.
- Proficiency in Adobe Creative Suite (Premiere Pro, After Effects, Photoshop).
- Solid understanding of design principles, typography, color theory, and composition.
- Decent communication and collaboration skills, with the ability to effectively present and articulate design concepts.
- Ability to work efficiently under tight deadlines and manage multiple projects simultaneously.
- Experience in motion graphics and video editing is highly desirable.
- Familiarity with educational content creation is a plus.

Pay: ₹300,000.00 per year
