Viable Outsource Solution specializes in providing comprehensive legal and administrative support for a diverse clientele. We are seeking a skilled and detail-oriented Legal Assistant with expertise in US real estate law to join our dynamic team.

**Key Responsibilities**:

- Draft, review, and finalize real estate contracts, lease agreements, purchase agreements, and other legal documents.
- Ensure all documents comply with relevant state and federal real estate laws.
- Conduct legal research on zoning laws, property rights, and title issues.
- Monitor compliance with applicable legal standards and regulations.
- **Communicate with clients.**:

- Coordinate closing processes and ensure timely submission of required documentation.
- Maintain organized files and legal records, ensuring confidentiality and accuracy.
- Manage schedules, track deadlines, and provide administrative assistance to attorneys.

**Requirements**:

- Bachelor’s degree in law, paralegal studies, or a related field.
- Minimum 6 months of experience in US real estate law (e.g., real estate transactions, closings, or litigation).
- Proficiency in legal research tools and software (e.g., LexisNexis, Westlaw).
- Strong knowledge of US real estate laws, regulations, and procedures.
- Excellent written and verbal communication skills.
- Detail-oriented, with strong organizational and multitasking abilities.

**Preferred Skills**:

- Familiarity with e-filing and other court systems.
- Experience working in a fast-paced legal environment.
- Ability to handle confidential information with integrity.
