**About the Role**:
**Responsibilities**:

- Create eye-catching graphics for various social media platforms
- Work closely with the marketing team to develop creative concepts
- Ensure all designs adhere to brand guidelines and support marketing goals
- Manage multiple design projects and meet tight deadlines
- Stay informed about current design trends and social media best practices
- Craft visuals that resonate with our target audience
- Collaborate with copywriters to align graphics with written content
- Optimize designs for different social media platforms
- Incorporate feedback from the marketing team to refine graphics
- Maintain visual consistency across social media channels
- Build and organize a library of design assets
- Contribute to social media campaign planning and strategy
- Participate actively in brainstorming sessions
- Ensure all graphics are mobile and web-friendly

**Requirements**:

- 1-3 years of experience as a social media graphic designer or in a similar role
- Proficiency in Adobe Creative Suite, particularly Photoshop and Illustrator
- Strong grasp of design principles and visual storytelling techniques
- Ability to create engaging graphics that connect with the target audience
- Excellent time management and multitasking skills
- Keen attention to detail and a strong aesthetic sense
- Effective communication and teamwork abilities
- Familiarity with major social media platforms and their design specifications
- Commitment to staying updated on design trends and social media best practices
- Experience with video editing is a plus
- A portfolio showcasing social media graphic design work
- Creative mindset with a passion for social media and design

Pay: ₹100,000.00 - ₹600,000.00 per year
