**Job Description: Social Media Intern**
- Assist in the development and execution of social media strategies to increase brand awareness, engagement, and community growth across various platforms, including Instagram, Facebook, Twitter, Pinterest, and LinkedIn.
- Create and curate engaging content, including posts, stories, videos, and graphics, that align with Glowrico's brand voice, values, and aesthetic.
- Collaborate with the marketing team to brainstorm and implement social media campaigns, promotions, and contests to drive user acquisition, conversion, and retention.
- Monitor social media channels for trends, conversations, and user-generated content related to skincare, beauty, and sustainability, and engage with followers through likes, comments, and direct messages.
- Utilize social media management tools and analytics platforms to track and analyze key performance metrics, such as reach, engagement, impressions, and conversion rate, and provide insights and recommendations for optimization.
- Stay informed about industry trends, emerging platforms, and best practices in social media marketing, and share relevant insights and learnings with the team.
- Support the marketing team with other tasks and projects as needed, including content creation, copywriting, and community management.

**Requirements**:

- Currently enrolled in a Bachelor's degree program in marketing, communications, digital media, or a related field, or recent graduate.
- Passion for skincare, beauty, sustainability, and social media marketing.
- Strong verbal and written communication skills, with the ability to craft engaging and compelling content.
- Creative thinking and an eye for design, with basic graphic design skills and proficiency in photo and video editing software (e.g., Adobe Creative Suite, Canva, Adobe Spark).
- Familiarity with social media platforms, trends, and best practices, and a willingness to learn and adapt to new platforms and technologies.
- Highly organized, detail-oriented, and able to multitask in a fast-paced environment.
- Positive attitude, proactive mindset, and willingness to take initiative and contribute ideas.
- Previous experience in social media marketing, content creation, or community management is a plus but not required.

**Job Types**: Full-time, Fresher, Internship
Contract length: 6 months

**Salary**: ₹1,000.00 - ₹7,000.00 per month
