**Responsibilities**:

- Perform accurate and efficient data entry tasks, ensuring data integrity and confidentiality.
- Process Digital Signature Certificates (DSC) in accordance with established guidelines and procedures.
- Maintain and update records and databases with the utmost attention to detail and accuracy.
- Ensure timely completion of data entry and DSC processing tasks to meet deadlines.
- Collaborate with team members to ensure smooth workflow and effective communication.
- Handle customer inquiries and provide support related to data entry and DSC processing.
- Adhere to company policies and procedures regarding data security and privacy.

**Requirements**:

- Strong communication skills, both verbal and written.
- Proficient in technical and computer skills, including MS Office Suite (Word, Excel, PowerPoint, Outlook) and data entry software.
- Attention to detail and accuracy in data entry and processing tasks.
- Ability to work independently and prioritize tasks effectively to meet deadlines.
- Strong organizational and time management skills.
- Prior experience in data entry and knowledge of DSC processing will be an advantage.

Additional Information:

- The company will provide training at the head office in Ernakulam.
- Accommodation will be provided during the training period.

**Job Types**: Full-time, Regular / Permanent

**Salary**: Up to ₹12,000.00 per month
