**Key Responsibilities**:

- Enter data accurately into various databases and systems.
- Verify the accuracy of data and correct any discrepancies.
- Maintain and update records in a timely manner.
- Process, sort, and organize documents for data entry.
- Assist in preparing reports or summaries as needed.
- Ensure confidentiality and security of sensitive data.
- Meet daily, weekly, and monthly data entry targets.
- Field work

**Requirements**:

- High school diploma or equivalent; additional education or certification in data entry is a plus
- DTP/ DCA/Typewriting word processing
- Proven experience in data entry or related administrative roles is preferred.
- Speed
- Accuracy 1000 words in 5 minutes
- Proficient in MS Office (Excel, Word) and basic knowledge of database systems.
- Strong attention to detail and accuracy
- Excellent organizational and time management skills.
- Ability to work independently and in a team environment.
- Strong communication skills, both written and verbal.
- Ability to handle confidential information with discretion.
