Job Title: Data Entry Specialist - Website (Electronics Products)

Job Overview:
We are seeking a detail-oriented Data Entry Specialist to manage the entry and updating of product information on our WordPress-based website. The role involves handling data related to electronics products such as computer components, laptops, and accessories. A basic understanding of product specifications, models, and features is essential for ensuring accuracy and consistency across the website.

**Responsibilities**:
Product Data Entry: Enter detailed product information, including descriptions, technical specifications, pricing, and images, into the WordPress platform.

Update and Maintain Product Listings: Regularly update product information, including availability, pricing, and specifications, ensuring that all product listings are accurate and current.

Organize Product Categories: Ensure that all products are correctly categorized for optimal navigation and searchability on the website.

Image and Media Upload: Upload and manage product images and any associated media files in accordance with website standards.

Quality Control: Verify the accuracy of data entered by cross-checking with manufacturer specifications and product manuals.

Basic SEO Practices:Implement basic SEO practices like optimizing product titles and meta descriptions for search engines.

Collaboration: Work closely with other team members to ensure consistency in product data and troubleshoot any issues that arise with listings.

**Requirements**:

- Experience with WordPress: Prior experience with data entry on a WordPress platform is preferred.
- Basic Understanding of Electronics: Familiarity with computer components (e.g., processors, motherboards), laptops, and accessories is required.
- Attention to Detail: Accuracy is critical, as incorrect data can affect both the customer experience and business operations.
- Organizational Skills: Ability to manage multiple tasks and prioritize workloads effectively.
- Basic SEO Knowledge (preferred): Familiarity with search engine optimization, particularly in relation to product descriptions and metadata, is a plus.

**Qualifications**:

- High school diploma or equivalent required; additional technical training is a plus.
- Previous experience in data entry or a related field.
- Strong computer skills and ability to work with product databases and content management systems.

This role is ideal for someone who is highly organized, detail-focused, and passionate about electronics.

Pay: ₹15,000.00 - ₹20,000.00 per month
