Job Title: Data Entry Operator

Department: Data Digitization

Reporting To: Team Manager

Position Overview:

We are seeking an initiative-taking and meticulous Data Entry Operator with at least 1 year of experience to join our Data Digitization team. This role involves collecting, organizing, and updating data from various sources, ensuring its accuracy and integrity, and performing clerical duties related to data management and supporting various business operations by maintaining reliable and up-to-date information. Position and compensation shall be commensurate with their qualification and experience.

Key Responsibilities:

· Accurately and efficiently entering data into computer systems, databases, and other software applications.

· Reviewing data for errors, inconsistencies, and inaccuracies, and making corrections as needed.

· Maintaining and organizing both physical and digital records, including files and databases.

· Retrieving data from databases or electronic files upon request from other departments or team members.

· Ensuring the confidentiality and security of sensitive information.

· Performing tasks such as scanning, printing, filing, and organizing documents, as well as preparing reports and spreadsheets.

· Working with other team members and departments to ensure data accuracy and consistency.

· Adhering to company data entry procedures and data protection regulations.

Skills and Qualifications:

· Bachelor's degree in finance, accounting, or a related field.

· At least 1year of experience in accounts department or related roles.

· Proficiency in typing and data entry with a high level of accuracy is essential.

· Strong computer skills, including proficiency in Microsoft office suite (word, excel) and other relevant software.

· A keen eye for detail is crucial for identifying and correcting errors.

· Ability to organize and manage large amounts of data effectively.

· Ability to communicate effectively with team members and other departments.

· Ability to identify and resolve data inconsistencies or errors.

· Ability to manage multiple tasks and meet deadlines.

Job Types: Full-time, Permanent, Fresher
