- Verify and correct data where necessary.
- Assist with DSC processing to customers.
- Provide good customer service through timely and accurate processing.
- Present a positive and professional approach.
- Build and maintain friendly service.
- Maintain confidentiality.

**Qualification/Skill:

- **
- Diploma/ Equivalent, B tech, BCA,MCA, any GRADUATES.
- Proven Data entry experience is an advantage.
- Must have a computer knowledge.
- Able to do all assigned duties.
- Good organizational and multi-tasking abilities.
- Ability to work as a team player or independently with mínimal supervision.
- Willingness to travel.
- Two wheeler is Mandatory.

Ability to commute/relocate:

- Trivandrum, Kerala: Reliably commute or planning to relocate before starting work (required)

**Education**:

- Bachelor's (preferred)

**Experience**:

- Microsoft Office: 1 year (preferred)
