Inside Sales Executive

Selling Voice and SMS Solutions and services to international and domestic with Telecom operators, aggregators, enterprise customers and BPOs.
- Achieving monthly sales targets and delivering gross margins to the company.
- Identify and assess customers’ needs to achieve maximum satisfaction.
- Responding to customer requirements professionally and furnishing them with information on product and services or obtain details of the complaints/concerns.
- Build trust and sustainable relationship with customers through interactive communication.
- Record details of customer interactions, queries, complaints, comments/feedback
- Route concerns that require immediate/special attention to concerned departments
- Follow up to ensure necessary actions are taken and customer issues resolved in least time.

Pay: ₹18,000.00 - ₹30,000.00 per month

Schedule:

- Monday to Friday
- Weekend availability

Supplemental Pay:

- Quarterly bonus
