**Duties and responsibilities**
- Design injection mould tools for plastic mould with additional knowledge of silicon rubber mould design using Creo 3.0 with product data management.
- Experience to include single, multicavity with slider mechanism and fully automatic injection mould with hot sprue / Hot runner concept
- Design production mould and tools for customized engineering parts in plastic and rubber
- Collaborative work with tool manufacturing team with design to manufacturing concept
- Follow technical specification and quality rules.
- Expertise to work on Creo 3.0 manufacturing module for design with plastic and rubber shrinkage.
- Knowledge of tool steel Material, Plastic material & their shrinkage, moulding process,
- Manufacturing process, electrode design and heat treatment are must.
- Follow 5 ‘S ‘, Kaizen, continuous improvement activity.

**KEY SKILLS REQUIRED**:

- Good communication skill
- Good software knowledge of Creo 3.0
- Good communication and mathematical skills and ability to read drawing, understand requirement & design of gauges at production level for moulding
- Connector industry experience are a plus
