**Job Summary**:
**Key Responsibilities**:
- Identify and develop new business opportunities in the solar energy sector.
- Generate leads and conduct sales presentations to potential customers.
- Educate customers on solar energy solutions and their benefits.
- Develop and maintain strong relationships with clients to ensure customer satisfaction and repeat business.
- Negotiate contracts and close deals effectively.
- Meet and exceed sales targets and revenue goals.
- Stay updated on industry trends, competitor activities, and market developments.
- Collaborate with the marketing team to implement sales strategies.
- Provide after-sales support and ensure smooth installation processes.
**Requirements & Qualifications**:
- Bachelor's degree in Business Administration (BBA) or Master of Business Administration (MBA) preferred.
- 0-1 years of experience in sales, preferably in solar energy, renewable energy, or related industries.
- Strong communication, negotiation, and interpersonal skills.
- Ability to work independently and as part of a team.
- Proven track record of achieving sales targets.
- Knowledge of solar energy systems and installation processes is a plus.
- Proficiency in CRM software and Microsoft Office Suite.
